Beyond 2012: Business Opportunities in Global Sporting Events has been orgainsed by the London Business Network to examine how London businesses can apply the skills and experience gained in the lead up to London 2012 to grow their business globally. It will look specifically at partnering opportunities generated by the Winter Olympic and Paralypmic Games in Vancouver in 2010 and more broadly at future export opportunities associated with the staging of global sporting events.
Over 670 London businesses have registered to attend, in particular SMEs, and foreign businesses; members from the Capital’s leading business organisations (London First, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the CBI); key executives from London 2012, UKTI and the LDA.
